This is a used Edge Series 9000 Strobe light, working as shown in this video of the light:

We don't know how to wire this light, but all modules look good, relays click when you hit certain wires, don't know how to make rear lights come on. No Further testing was done. You will need to find a wiring diagram.
Comes as shown.
Includes mounts as pictured.

Also includes the secondary light for parts, as well as the extra parts that are shown.
